Pricing measures
Like enterprise platforms, Threvol does not force every service into a user license. The applicable unit is stated before the service begins.
One laptop, desktop or workstation under active security and remote management.
One monitored endpoint, server, virtual machine or network device within the agreed environment.
One business application, infrastructure service or cloud workload receiving coordinated security, observability and recovery coverage.
Logs are measured by average daily volume and retention. Ingest charges apply only when the proposal includes SIEM capacity.
Scope-based costs
The managed-service fee covers the agreed operating scope. The following items are added only when the environment or coverage requires them.
Define my scopeBasic includes standard implementation for its 5-endpoint minimum. Standard starts at $990 and Plus starts at $3,500. Additional work and Enterprise implementation are scoped separately.
Servers, backup storage and retention are priced according to workload count, protected capacity and recovery objectives.
Microsoft, endpoint security, backup, cloud, SIEM and other vendor subscriptions remain separate unless the proposal explicitly includes them.
SIEM ingestion, processing and retention are based on the sources connected and the volume of security data generated.
Extra offices, networks and on-site requirements are scoped according to their equipment, connectivity and operating needs.
Standard service coverage is 8×5 during agreed business hours. 24/7 monitoring, after-hours response and incidents outside the normal scope require an agreed coverage option or separate authorization.
Every proposal identifies the recurring service fee, any applicable implementation charge and variable costs before work begins.
